I made Banana Nut Bread this week!! YUM! I not only made it, I had a helper!! His name is Schmump! (my sweet Hunter)!! I think when little children help it only adds more flavor and love to it. I am so glad that he still thinks I am pretty awesome! (well that was until tonight and I am a mean mom!!) I will post the recipe later. I use the recipe out of the Lion House cookbook.
