Black Bean & Corn Salsa

1 (19 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon jalapeno pepper, diced (ribs & seeds removed)
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1/4 Teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 Teaspoon chili powder
1 Large tomato, chopped & seeded
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (12 oz) can kernel corn, drained or 1 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels (thawed)
1/2 Teaspoon salt

Combine All ingredients. Cover & Chill

**Serve with your favorite tortilla chips**
